*Our field trip to the Farmer’s Market is on Wednesday, October 9th from 9:15-11:30. We will be leaving the school on a bus at 9:15 and getting to the Farmer’s Market around 9:30 ish. We are going to ask the students to bring $5 that day to purchase a fresh squash from one of the local farmers. We are going to be doing a ton of classroom literacy activities with the squash throughout the month of October.¬† If you cannot afford to send $5 with your child, please send me an email or call the school and let me know as we will work something out! Your child will still get a squash and be allowed to participate! Please pay for the bus for this field trip with cash online. We are still open to having any parent volunteers that have their criminal record check coming along with us.

If you don’t know how to sign up for cash online, follow these instructions. Cash Online Parent Registration Handout Sept 2013
